CENTA Corporation case study
CENTA Corporation was in the midst of a dizzying growth spurt, our sales increasing 300% over the course of 3 years. The small size of our 7,000 sq. ft. facility in Westmont, IL was forcing us to stack product in warehouse aisles and cram desks into spaces not meant for that purpose. We had to find a larger facility, but where? When we started looking for property it was a daunting task, considering that we also had to run an ever-growing business. With the help of our broker, Nick Eboli, we visited dozens of listings for existing property, new property and even raw land. After much searching, we finally came across the Aurora Corporate Center. Tom Burgess worked closely with us to learn about our needs and to address our concerns. Together, we spliced together (5) condo units to create a 25,000 sq. ft. facility. Within weeks we had a deal. We had found a new home. At the time of this writing, we have been two years in residence at 2570 Beverly Drive #128. We could not be more pleased with the property. It has allowed us to properly configure our business both in terms of people and product. Eighteen months ago we installed CNC machinery as well, enabling us to become even more self sufficient and customer reactive. All in all, our experience with the Aurora Corporate Center has been exactly what we needed to drive our business to the next level.
